Shipping & Delivery
Delivery: where and when
We deliver products from Monday to Friday. We do not ship during the weekend and public holidays. We can only guarantee delivery of an order if the address is a residence or office located in one of the countries mentioned in the list of available countries. A delivery is considered made or a product is considered delivered with the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
Delivery Times: 1 to 30 business days *
If you confirm your order on a business day before 12pm and pay with Paypal / Credit Card, your order will be shipped within 24h-96h (weekends and holidays are not considered business days). If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the shipping method is less efficient, as we will only ship after payment has been received. This may take between 5 and 30 days. José Jacinto Sucessores, Lda. cannot be held responsible for non-compliance, or delay, in fulfilling any obligation that is due to an event of force majeure, that is, an event, act or omission, beyond its reasonable control (Event of Force Majeure - which includes any event, act or omission, beyond the reasonable control of the "Seller").
* We will attempt to deliver on time to the extent commercially reasonable. As a rule, we always proceed this way, however, we cannot guarantee timely delivery.
Partial Deliveries
Whenever possible we will try to deliver everything in just one shipment. However, we reserve the right to split delivery of the order, for example (but not limited to) if one part of the order is delayed or unavailable. In the event that we divide the order, the customer will be notified, by email, of our intention to proceed in this way. For this purpose, the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase will be used.
Inspection upon delivery
Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the packaging to check for any damage. If the products are found to be damaged, the customer must not accept delivery of the order, which must be returned. José Jacinto Sucessores, Lda. will refund the amounts paid for the order as soon as the warehouse receives and completes the return process.
After receiving the order, it is important that the customer checks the products delivered within a period of 30 days, as José Jacinto Sucessores, Lda. considers that the customer has accepted the product(s) if they do not reject them within this period. .
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees apply per order. The exact price of each shipment depends on the country of delivery. For more details on shipping prices by country, please see the Shipping menu.
For countries outside the European Community (such as Brazil, USA, Russia, among others) all costs with customs fees will be borne by the customer.

Free shipping
If the customer places an order whose value exceeds the minimum order value defined for their country or campaign, shipping will be done at no cost, that is, free of charge.
